Here's some list of foods we need in every day life of an average employee:
1. Fries - in any fastfood will do, Kahit sino naman gusto ang fries it's a finger food you can type in your keyboard, point and click with your mouse while holding a bunch of fries with the other hand. We know that we can gain weight by eating fries but we love it eh ano magagwa natin dun you can share it with your colleagues.
2. Chips - Kahit sino naman siguro eh favorite ang chips,
junk food of any form mapa-potato chips, corn chips, cheese rings, etc.. One of the striking features of this is the crunchiness of it so hindi maika-kailang kumakain ka nito you can hide it but you can hide the crunch. Pag meron ka nito siguro 1/4 or less than lang ang makakain mo kasi hihingan ka ng mga friends mo and of course masarap mag-share.
3. Kape at Pandesal - The best ito pag umaga lalo na pag
kadadating mo lang sa office, Mainit na kape na 3 in 1 or meron pa din yung tinitimpla pa lalo na may supplies kayo or mas sosyal Mag Starbucks or Krispy Kreme ka na coffee. Pandesal hndi mo na mahihiwalay yan sa kape lalo na sa umaga pero pwede naman sa hapon buti na lang may Pan De Manila na open 24 oras.
4. Instant Noodles - Staple food ng mga busy - busihan diyan
just add hot water and Voila!. You can choose pancit canton, pancit shanghai or cup noodles ang dali kumain pag ganito baon mo tubig lang ang katapat and good to go ka na busog na ang kumakalam na sikmura.
